I do a lot of off grid battery system projections in Alaska, my customers can live with out AC voltage , I had to find them mostly DC appliances and electronics. I came upon this bulb from a competitor of mine , googled it up and bought it.
This is the best idea Ive seen in a while , a low voltage light bulb in standard edison medium base , perfect for all my off grid jobs.

hard to find this screw socket in 12 volt , but this will work
good packaging , nice product , ive used it for 45 days and its still working as it should , i would highly recommend this product to anyone using a off the grid solar power battery system like me. It actually saves me money because I dont have to buy extra batteries to power old incandescent light bulbs. A ++
